Contact South Bay Water Heater Connect
The fastest route: call
Phone is how this service works — one call connects you with an independent local contractor who serves your city for installation, replacement, tankless, heat pump, or repair work. When you call, it helps to have:
- Your city
- Whether it's an emergency (active leak or no hot water)
- Your current unit's fuel type (gas or electric) and size — both are on the tank's label, along with its age
Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. See our privacy policy.
Or leave a message, any time
Not a good time to talk — at work, or reading this late at night? Leave a message instead. We pass it to an independent local contractor who serves your city, and they call you back at the time you pick. For an active leak or no hot water at all, calling is still faster.
As soon as you send it — nights and weekends included. No account, no app, nothing to install.
An independent contractor who serves your city and does the kind of work you described.
At the time you picked below, to talk through timing, options, and price. You decide whether to hire them — there is no obligation.
What we can and can't do by contact
We are a referral service, not a plumbing contractor, so we can't diagnose a problem, quote a job, or schedule an installation ourselves — those are the contractor's job, and they're the right person for it. What we can do:
- Connect you with a local contractor for a new job
- Hear feedback about a contractor you were connected with (good or bad — this genuinely matters to who stays in the rotation)
- Correct anything on this site. Our cost, permit, and rebate pages are checked against published sources; if you spot something out of date, tell us when you call and we'll verify and fix it.
